You pick out which precious items you’d like us to use to create your forever keepsake. You then pick which items you’d like us to make then post your items to us (we recommend you use a recorded postage service). We then carefully create your chosen items and will post back via tracked postage for that added security.

Each item will specify how many items you need to send.

Yes, absolutely! If you’d like to send more items and would like us to use a little bit from each then please let us know (you can add in a little note into your parcel)
Please label up any items which you’d like using first, or any that you have put in incase and don’t mind not being used.

Yes sure! We will always try our best to use any mofits or logos on items. It will all just depend on if the animal you choose has a body part the correct size to fit it on. Or for blankets if we can get a full square with the mofit in. If your item has mofits or logos you’d rather not be used in your keepsake please state this.

We can use most fabrics! However the thicker the fabric the harder to use. Denim can be used for certain parts of keepsakes. Leather can not be used. Kitted items with large gaps would also be hard to use.
